Will you carry more than stitchmarkers?
Yes! I have plans to bring physical plushies, crochet flowers, safety eyes, art prints, stickers, and more to the site as well as digital patterns!

How long does shipping take?
Once I deliver the item to the post office, the shipping time is out of my hands. But I will give you a tracking number once the item has shipped.
If you need expedited shipping, contact me first. If I am able to accomadate, we will set up a special listing for you.

What is the current processing time?
The current processing time is 5-7 business days. I aim to get it done sooner, but life can slow that down. This is my passion job and I strive for excellence. Also, due to my day job it is hard to get to the post office before it closes.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time.

How do I request a custom order?
Use the link to my Google submission form! It will state if I am actively taking commissions at this time. Once you submit the request, I will review and get back to you with any further questions and an estimated timeline and cost.

What is the return policy?
If a product arrives defective or damaged, please contact me at thewhimsicalgoblin@gmail.com within 5 business days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged item. Returns/refunds will be offered on a case by case basis. The Whimsical Goblin reserves the right to refuse returns and/or refunds. Because items are made to order or available in limited quantities we are not able to offer exchanges.
